Caregivers consent to receive work-related text messages, including shift confirmation notifications, from Apex Care Solutions. Caregivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3. Text Message Communications

Apex Care Solutions uses text messaging to communicate shift confirmations, schedule reminders, and operational notifications to caregivers. By providing a mobile phone number in connection with employment or contractor engagement with Apex Care Solutions, caregivers consent to receive such messages.

Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your employment status.

We do not use text messaging for marketing or promotional purposes and do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing use.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate our business, including payroll processors, scheduling software providers, background check services, and communication platforms. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.

4.2 Healthcare and Care Coordination

Client health records and caregiver employment records are retained in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we do not sell personal information regardless of tracking signals.
