A referral to Apex takes less than two minutes to send. Here's exactly what happens from that moment forward.

Send the referral

Call, fax, or email. We need: client name, best contact number, brief description of care need, and urgency level.

We confirm receipt

You receive immediate confirmation with the name of the Apex coordinator handling the case and the expected timeline.

We contact the family

Within 24 hours for standard referrals, same day for urgent placements. We take it from there.

We close the loop

You hear from us after every referral. What happened, what was arranged, what comes next. Your referral never disappears.
