Apex Care at Home
Steady CNA Support, Where You Live
What We Do
Our CNAs help with daily living so older adults can stay comfortable and independent at home. Typical support includes:
-
Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
-
Mobility & transfers: safe movement, positioning, fall-prevention cues
-
Medication reminders: prompting, no administering meds
-
Meals & housekeeping: meal prep, dishes, tidy living areas, laundry
-
Companionship & engagement: conversation, light activities, walks
-
Transportation/errands & appointment support
-
Family respite: reliable coverage so loved ones can rest
Non-medical home care focuses on activities of daily living (ADLs/IADLs), unlike home health, which provides skilled medical care under a clinician's direction.

Our Approach
Steady faces. Routines that fit you. Guidance behind the scenes.
Care that fits your space.
We work around your routines and layout—kitchen, bath setup, preferred schedule, and mobility supports. Mornings stay unhurried. Meals stay familiar.
RN guidance for aides.
An RN completes intake, sets a non-medical plan, and checks to update it. We can coordinate alongside home health; no clinical procedures or medication administration.
Continuity you can count on.
Small, assigned CNA teams so you know who's visiting. Predictable scheduling with a clear backup plan. Brief notes after visits keep everyone aligned.
Safety & dignity.
Safety-first transfers, fall-risk cues, and privacy-respecting care. Comfort and dignity come first--always.
We send small, steady CNA teams to where you live—on a schedule that fits you.
Who We Serve
Paying for Care
We're a home care agency providing non-medical, in-person CNA support. We're private pay. Many long-term care (LTC) insurance policies reimburse in-home, non-medical care--we'll supply the documentation for claims. We are not a Medicare/Medicaid home health provider.
